  1. Eligibility: Training is recommended for crew members who have been operational for a sufficient period to gain familiarity with their tasks and confidently deliver training to ab initio/novice crews .
  2. Training Scope: The program includes comprehensive instruction on delivering training packages both in the classroom and airborne.
  3. Evaluation: Upon completion of the instructor training, Da Vinci Aviation provides annual or bi-annual evaluations to ensure that the training delivered meets high standards, enabling customers to maintain their operational efficiency.
